Your consumer guarantees
Everything we sell comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you're entitled to a replacement or refund — and we cover the return postage in those cases. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is wrong — damage in transit, or an item delivered in error — contact us at info@sydneycigarclub.com.au with your order number and photos of the packaging and products. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Lost parcels
Every order ships by tracked courier with adult signature on delivery. If the courier confirms a parcel lost in transit, we reship it or refund you in full — the risk of loss in transit is ours, not yours.
A note on natural products
Our cigars are hand made from natural tobacco leaf, so minor cosmetic variation between individual cigars is normal and not a fault. A genuinely defective cigar — for example, one that is unsmokeably plugged — will be replaced or refunded.
Change of mind
Because cigars are perishable and stored to strict humidity standards, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on tobacco products once the outer packaging has been opened. Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days in original condition (return postage at your cost). If you're unsure what to order, a sampler is the safest way to try before committing to a box.
